CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us at Wax Lab! Currently we have a no-show and late cancellation fee 50% of your service total. We respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice, but as long as there is communication 12 hours before your appointment there will be no fee. There is a 10 minute grace period after that your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
